India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd. has launched a new ‘10-Year Total Warranty program’ for its entire lineup of locally manufactured motorcycles and scooters. This initiative marks the brand’s 40-year milestone in the Indian market and forms part of the celebrations surrounding this achievement. The warranty package includes a 2-year standard warranty and an additional 8-year extended warranty.

Under this new scheme, the warranty will cover essential components such as the engine, electrical systems, and the Fuel Injection (Fi) unit. For Yamaha’s hybrid scooter range, coverage extends up to 1,00,000 km, while the motorcycle lineup is protected for up to 1,25,000 km. Popular models like the Ray ZR Fi, Fascino 125 Fi, Aerox 155 Version S, FZ Series, R15, and MT-15 will all be eligible for this comprehensive warranty plan.
Limited-Time Complimentary Offer
For a limited period, Yamaha is offering this Total Warranty package free of charge to new customers. Once this promotional window closes, buyers can still avail themselves of the extended warranty for a nominal fee. A notable feature of this program is its transferability — meaning it can be passed on to subsequent owners, thereby enhancing the resale value of Yamaha two-wheelers.
This move is aimed at offering customers greater peace of mind, improved ownership experience, and long-term dependability from their vehicles.
